Now it's easier than ever to register for programs by downloading the registration forms and mailing or faxing them in from your home. Listed below are a few key points to help you with the registration process. For more details, including our refund policy, 

Download and compltet the registration flyer/form for the program you wish to enroll in.

Pre-registration is required for all programs.

Fees must be included with the registration form. You may pay by check, Visa/MasterCard, or credit voucher if you mail in your registration form. Only payment by credit card will be accepted with registration forms that are faxed in.

You will receive confirmation of your registration if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with mail-in registration or if you provide a 24- hour fax number with fax-in registration

Pass & Sport ID cards must be purchased in person.

• Complete registration form onsite and pay fees by cash, check, Visa/MasterCard, or credit voucher.
• Escondido Sports Center, 3315 Bear Valley Parkway
  Monday–Friday, 3 p.m.–7 p.m.
  Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
  Sunday, 1 p.m.–6 p.m.

#3 Mail-In

• Download and complete the registration flyer for the program you wish to enroll in.
• Pay by check ( payable to City of Escondido, Visa/MasterCard or credit voucher.
• Mail form with payment to Escondido Sports Center (3315 Bear Valley Parkway, Escondido , CA 92025
