Kristin Stehly has been in the fitness industry for over 11 years. She currently teaches a variety of group exercise classes at the YMCA, Frog’s Club One, and with her own business, STUFT Fitness. Kristin is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association. She has also been a physical education teacher for 9 years.
After the birth of her twin boys in December of 2009, Kristin started her own business so she could teach Strollerwise fitness classes at Kit Carson Park and have her boys along with her. She has now added Boot Camp fitness classes to the schedule.
Kristin has always been passionate about fitness and health and loves to make working out fun for both kids and adults. She strives to be the trainer that encourages participants at any age and fitness level to reach their goals and feel good about themselves through exercise.
She is also the “mama” behind the healthy living blog STUFT Mama. On her blog she writes about her daily journey as a busy, fitness instructing, marathon running, and kitchen-experimenting mother of toddler twins. She provides her readers with recipes, workouts, and just some day-to-day laughs.
