Vanessa Throgmorton

Vanessa is a local stay-at-home mother who loves using her creativity. She has a family photography business called Baby Mine, home-schools both her children, and has a passion for helping children find their inner creative self. She has completed 21 units in Child Development at a local San Diego college. Previously, Vanessa worked for the Poway Unified School District with school age children as well as preschool. Before choosing to home-school her children, she volunteered many hours in classrooms and after school programs that introduced children to art. She uses many mediums and blends them together hoping to show children that they can create with anything they have available. Besides Photography and home-schooling, Vanessa is also a substitute aide at a local Montessori school and teaches art classes at a local charter school after school program.
