San Diego Fencing Center

San Diego Fencing Center is conveniently located in Escondido. The Center boasts three international fencing masters that can train all levels, from beginners to international competitors. Our athletes start as young as age nine, with programs for both youth and adults. We currently have youth fencers competing on the National Circuit as well international fencers training at our facility.

SDFC's goal is to promote the Olympic sport of fencing by developing skills such as coordination; quick and creative thinking; and the use of strategy. These skills carry over into everyday life and help adults and children alike get into shape, have fun, and relieve stress. Our Youth Program is designed to provide an introduction for your child to one of the most fascinating, exciting, and safest sports. Fencing develops discipline, balance, and sportsmanship and helps youth develop quicker reflexes and an ability to make lightning fast analyses of tactical situations. Children will learn to compete independently as well as in teams.
